4.5 Maximum Liability Cap
In jurisdictions that do not allow the complete exclusion of liability, the total aggregate liability of the Platform Parties shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to access this platform in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one United States Dollar (USD $1.00).
4.6 Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan for resolution of any dispute.
