The room you are walking into

Name the decision, the market, the regulation or the risk. You get Khurram's record on it first — dated, on a public scoreboard — then the live landscape from allowlisted official, regulatory and Tier-1 sources, labelled apart. Every line shows its chain.

FORMAT
Memo: free · Brief: 20 a day, site-wide

Khurram's record — first, from the archive, before the world is consulted

The CEO layer

AI for the CEO

“It doesn't flatter you. It shows you the chain.”

A verdict without evidence is opinion. Every module here ships a chain — three or more dated, sourced links — or it says no verdict. In public, the tool coaches its owner: watch it criticise Khurram from his own seventeen-year archive. Inside your company, it runs on your data, under your DPA.

Public demo · runs on Khurram's own archive

Coach Khurram

Nothing sells directness like taking it first. The chain: dated positions from the record [R] plus one external base rate [W]. Three links or no verdict.

Structured intake · your six numbers

Coach me

Typed text is self-report, not evidence — so this demo takes numbers only. They become [S] links, labelled self-reported. A verdict needs three of them plus one base rate.

Public · liveResearch

Power Memo and Power Brief — the record first, the world second, both labelled.

Decision → 3 facts → record → questions
Public · liveCoach

Direct, constructive criticism of the CEO, with the chain attached. In public: Coach Khurram, and your six numbers.

Verdict → chain → cost → one move
Deployed modeCrisis Radar

Names the crisis forming before it lands — regulatory, liquidity, reputational, supply. Runs weekly on your data; shown here, not run, because a forecast is never in Khurram's voice.

Threat → time-to-impact → chain → first 72-hour move
Deployed mode · engine: The Boardroom IndexRisk Radar

A standing risk register that re-scores itself as evidence changes. Its engine is The Boardroom Index — Khurram's 17-year record, the same index the Power Memo cites — folded into Power Player as the record layer.

Risk → probability shift → what moved it → hedge / accept
Deployed modeProduct Signal

Catches the product problem the organisation is rationalising away — churn, NPS, support signals.

Symptom → root-cause hypothesis → chain → the question for the product head
Deployed modeCommend

Finds the staff who deserve recognition and drafts it — specific, dated, tied to the number. Read in-app by the CEO only; a human approves every note.

Person → what they did → why it mattered → draft in your voice
Deployed mode · the engagement

90-day pilot · one CEO · two modules (Coach + one Radar) · fixed fee · then annual. Modules are added later, never bundled at the start. Your data stays in a Supabase project you own, with a delete-on-exit clause. Connectors, in order: Microsoft Graph (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Google Workspace, SAP / Oracle, then HR systems — each under your own OAuth grant.

Non-negotiable rails
  • Decision support, not decision. The decision, and its accountability, stay with the CEO.
  • No verdicts on health, family, faith, politics or protected characteristics. Directness is not tunable; scope is.
  • Outputs about named staff go only to the CEO, are never auto-sent, and never leave the app.
  • Every verdict's chain is logged immutably, so a challenged verdict is audited link by link.
  • Nothing starts without a signed DPA, a DPIA for Coach and Commend, a staff notice, and a data-residency decision.
  • English output in v1; Arabic and Urdu inputs are read.
