TheTechnicalTraders.com — Review Notes
Site you forwarded for gold & silver signals subscription
How I researched this
The site itself is subscription-gated, so direct access to member content is not possible without paying. Instead I
ran web searches on Technical Traders, Chris Vermeulen, Asset Revesting, and his gold/silver forecasts; read
the cached snippets returned from their own pages; pulled his interview quotes from third-party sources (Sprott
Money, Kitco, Palisades Gold Radio, Financial Sense, MoneyShow, Investing News Network); and compared his
publicly stated gold/silver price targets against actual prices.
About the service
• One-man brand. Run by founder Chris Vermeulen — self-taught, no formal credentials, no audited track
record.
• Not a gold/silver service. Actual product is multi-asset ETF rotation (“Asset Revesting” / “Best Asset Now”).
Metals are covered only when their trend signals fire.
• 5–12 trades per year across broad ETFs (GLD, SLV, GDX, GDXJ) — aimed at retirees, not individual mining
stocks.
Public record on gold/silver
• His public stance has been bullish on gold and silver since 2020, which has aligned with the broad direction of
the metals over recent years.
• Specific price targets he has stated in interviews have often not matched what the metals did. For example:
$2,400 gold called for January 2021 (gold was around $1,680 at the time); in March 2024 he told Investing
News Network the “big move in gold is a lot further out” shortly before gold ran from roughly $2,160 to $2,700.
• His statements have shifted within short windows — in January 2026 he said silver was set to reach $106 “in
weeks,” and in February 2026 he said the next big metals move is “a year or two out.” Headline numbers like
$5,200 gold and $100 silver appear in his interviews as Fibonacci projections rather than dated forecasts.
• Much of his content (daily YouTube videos, monthly Sprott Money podcast appearances) is publicly available
without a subscription.
Sir, I suggest
• We hold off on subscribing to The Technical Traders for our gold & silver needs — the service is not
metals-focused, and much of his commentary is publicly available.
• If we want dedicated gold/silver coverage, better-known names in this space are:
– TheDailyGold Premium (Jordan Roy-Byrne, CMT) — metals-only, technical analysis plus mining stock
picks.
– Gold Newsletter (Brien Lundin) — oldest US gold publication (since 1985), mining-stock focused.
– Zeal LLC (Adam Hamilton) — quantitative, data-heavy gold-stock research with extensive free essays.
– GoldFix on Substack (Vince Lanci) — ~$15/month, professional desk view of futures and COT data.
Going forward
I have been researching gold and silver signal services more broadly and am working on building a solid gold and
silver signals pipeline for you. The aim is to ingest political and geopolitical data, market data, and commentary
from analysts, institutions, technical traders, and Trump-policy watchers — along with the guidelines you have
shared with me, which have been very useful in shaping the approach. I will report back in about a week, once I
have covered enough ground through the daily research I am now putting into this...im thinking of sending this is a a ehatsapp message hoe can you summarise it further except that last paragraph
