We are dedicated to take all possible Sustainable steps for its commitment to move to Safer Mobility and fewer road accidents on roads of Pakistan. We are proud to be the 1st OMC who has taken this unique initiative of psychological training-Mindset Transformation of Light and Heavy Vehicle drivers and community at Large through Road Safety Ambassadors who themselves have faced consequences of a severe road accident.
Currently In our journey of creating awareness, we have with us Sana Khurshid our Road Safety Ambassador –an inspiration, influencer & ambassador of PWD who counsels and motivates people as her own journey emanates from a road accident on the Motorway in 2002, leaving her a quadriplegic wheelchair user. She inspires and works closely with drivers breaking the myths and making them understand the consequence of small distractions/ negligence on roads leading to severe consequences.
With our teams, road safety ambassadors, partners like National Highway and Motor way Police, City Police and Rescue 1122 we are proud to touch upon approximately 35,000 + road users in past 2+ years in person and millions virtually through our road safety awareness videos.
We will be glad to have a Mindset transformation session with Ms. Sana Khurshid on the morning of 30th January 2025 at your premises with 100+ TCS drivers.

We were thoroughly energized by the tremendous response to our Mindset Transformation Session, for TCS ground force heroes this morning, a pivotal moment in our journey towards creating a safer, more mindful workplace for our truest service ambassadors.
Thanks to TCS Leadership, our HSEQ Team, TOTAL PARCO Team and Ms. Sana Khurshid (TPPL Road Safety Ambassador) for making this event so special. 
The genuine commitment from every team member of being “Safe” & "Lawful in every respect," speaks volume of our safety excellence procedures. 
Our couriers navigate delicate city streets, our drivers cover long routes, and their safety best practices play a crucial part in our well-being story.
We are taking concrete actions:
• Rolling out Mindset transformation sessions across Pakistan
• Launching an innovative Safety Warden Program
• Embedding safety practices in daily routines
• Using data analytics to further enhance road safety
• Building a dedicated safety taskforce
But the real transformation– happens during our work conversations, morning assemblies, and in the way our teammates look out for each other. That's the power of collective TCS commitment to safety.
