0. How to use this PRD

This document is written to be consumed by Claude Code as the primary execution reference. Every section has a stable numeric ID — when working, reference sections by ID (e.g. "implementing §8.3 Course schema"). Work through the phases in the order given in §20. Do not implement Phase 2 features until Phase 1 acceptance criteria are met.

Human decisions that are still open are marked **[DECISION PENDING]** and should be escalated to Khurram before implementation.

It serves both B2C (individuals) and B2B (teams, enterprises, government, higher ed) across 9 languages with full RTL support for Arabic and Urdu.

Three defensible moats vs. O'Reilly:

1. **Language reach** — 9 languages (Arabic, Urdu, English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Russian, Chinese) with RTL, vs. O'Reilly's English-only + minor Japanese site.
