VOICE & WRITING RULES
**Her narration must sound like:** A travel blogger who genuinely cannot believe what she's seeing, but is too composed to scream. Slightly dry. Curious before scared. Modern slang sparingly — one or two beats per video, max. Never "OMG you guys."
**Sentence rhythm:** Short. Mostly short. Then occasionally one longer observation that lets the horror sink in. Never a paragraph.
**Tense:** Present, always. "I'm standing in—" not "I was standing in—"
**Banned phrases:** "Welcome back," "so basically," "let me tell you," "you won't believe," "fascinating," "incredible journey," "delve into," "tapestry of history."
**The anachronism rule:** Every video needs at least one moment where her modern frame of reference clashes with the historical reality. A Yelp-review observation about a public execution. Comparing the smell to something from 2026. A casual aside that lands like a slap.
SHOT DESIGN RULES
- **Default opener:** Selfie framing, her face partially in shot, world visible behind/around her. This is the format's signature.
- **Vary the framing:** Mix selfie shots with over-shoulder POV and one wide "reveal" shot per video to break monotony.
- **Anchor every image prompt to the character bible.** Specific tattoo, specific hair, specific outfit detail — written into every prompt. Otherwise the character drifts and the brand dies.
