The Book of the Planet

---

I · The One Sentence

**A calm world you can walk into in sixty seconds, that always sends you back to your real life carrying something — and that keeps your words alive after you're gone.**

Two pillars, as always: mental well-being and posterity. But the full ledger of problems is bigger, and it should be said out loud.

II · The Ledger of Problems — what we actually fix

| # | The problem | Who feels it | Our fix | Where it lives |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | The midnight weight — loneliness, no one to talk to at 2 a.m. | everyone, everywhere | keepers in rooms built for feelings; Emotion Doors; Sol | Diner, Rest House, Deep, Sol |
| 2 | Being summarized, not continued — mortality without legacy | 45+, parents, elders | the Vault, the Scriptorium's Two Obituaries, the Offering, scheduled words to grandchildren | Vault, Keeper, Scriptorium |
| 3 | Ruptures without containers — the fall, the illness, the loss, the windfall | anyone mid-crisis | the Gatekeeper names the crossing and lays a three-station Passage; keepers already know | The Crossing |
| 4 | Teacher hunger — wanting to learn with no mentor | the ambitious poor, the stuck | Elders, the Academy's apprenticeship, every room's take-home practices | Academy, Elders, menus |
| 5 | The awe deficit — a disenchanted, screen-sized life | moderns everywhere | the Wonders: vastness with a witness figure; awe practices sent back to the real sky | The six Wonders |
| 6 | The ritual deficit — modernity deleted the festivals and rites | everyone | the planet's calendar: Dusk Hour, gatherings, graduation ceremonies, Obituary Day | Pulse, Board, Scriptorium |
| 7 | Cultural homelessness — diaspora, lost homelands | migrants, the displaced | homeland-shaped land, the Tea House, Sol's cultural fluency, homeland skins on archetypes | Land, Tea House, quarters |
| 8 | Apps that consume you — the attention economy | every phone owner | the Take-Home Law: nothing is consumable inside; every order is a recipe/practice for real life; host-not-destination charter; no ads | every menu, the Charter |
| 9 | Tasks you can't do alone — no staff, no time | workers, small founders | commissioned agents in sandboxes; the phone as mission control | The Workshop |
| 10 | The poisoned commons — a toxic internet | everyone online | the Covenant: feelings welcome, conduct pure; the Warden; the escalating ban ladder | Warden, Covenant |
| 11 | Disconnection from the real Earth | everyone | One Real Thing daily; the Spring rises only when real acts are done | The Spring |

Eleven problems, one planet. Numbers 1 and 2 are the pillars; 3–11 are the walls and rooms.

III · The Time Wargame — the founder's own attack, answered

**The attack (Khurram's, and it is the best one):** "Humans don't have time for this. Rites, passages, three-station itineraries — nobody has the time. Where is the value in minute one?"

**Verdict: the attack lands.** As currently sequenced, the planet asks for commitment before it gives value. That kills consumer products. The fix is a law, applied everywhere:

**THE 60-SECOND LAW.** Every pillar must have a one-minute door. Nothing of value may sit only behind a rite.
- *Minute one:* tap a feeling → one door opens → a keeper says one true thing → you feel something. Done. That alone must be worth returning for.
- *Minute three:* order from a menu → walk out holding a real recipe or practice. First take-home, first day.
- *Week one:* the Chronicle shows your land grew; one gathering invitation; the Spring rose because of you.
- *When YOU reach for depth (never pushed):* the Crossing when something happens to you; the Scriptorium when you're ready; the Vault one question at a time — each Keeper question is itself a 90-second act.
- **The Ladder of Depth:** 60 seconds → 3 minutes → 15 minutes weekly → the yearly rites. Every rung optional, every rung whole in itself. The deep systems are *pull, never push* — surfaced by the Pulse only at moments they fit (a crossing offered when someone walks through the Heartbreak door, not at signup).

This law reorders V1: **arrival to first felt value in under one minute, first take-home in under three.** Everything else in the product is discovered, not demanded.

IV · The Whole, in the Elder's Sequence — every system, placed

**Layer 0 — Arrival.** The descent (mission-brief, "no human has set foot here yet"), the five-sentence consent + Charter (11 sections, versioned, adults only), the Emotion Doors, and — when life has struck — the Crossing: Gatekeeper, four questions, a named crossing, a three-station Passage that keepers silently receive.

**Layer 1 — The Person.** Sol (persistent companion with memory, off-screen life, honest AI labeling), the resident's world-file (name, homeland, moods, plot, transcript), the pseudonym for public spaces, leave-forever erasure.

**Layer 2 — The Places.** Twenty-six worlds and counting. *The Wonders (awe):* Neon Rain City, Primeval Valley, The Deep, Spirit Forest, Desert of Two Moons, Storm Tower — vastness, witness figures, events (lightning-and-thunder, sonar, creature calls). *The Rooms (nearness):* Midnight Diner, Dojo, Piazza, Long Summer, Writer's Den, Art Studio, Music Room, Observatory, Greenhouse, Maker's Bench, Reading Room, Dance Hall, Waking Classroom, Family Table, Open Road, Tea House, Rest House, Morning Field, Darkroom, Scriptorium. Each: bespoke scene, living layer (parallax, procedural sound, grain, events, tap-response), keeper with register, typography, and a menu under the **Take-Home Law** — recipes and practices only, served in the visitor's language.

**Layer 3 — The Works.** The Atelier (Muse co-creation → artifacts with craft notes), the Academy (Elder apprenticeships, practice pieces, Apprentice→Journeyman→Master, the public masterpiece gathering), the Vault (Keeper interviews, Substrate Interview — *what were you made of* — film-memory keys, scheduled delivery to descendants), the Scriptorium (Rite of Two Obituaries, the Delta Charter, Obituary Day annually), the Offering (consented words given to the corpus of future minds).

**Layer 4 — The Others.** The Notice Board (threads under pseudonyms; no notice hangs unanswered — AI citizens Mara/Idris/Noor reply, honestly badged), Summon an Elder (23 custodial interpretations, Marcus Aurelius to Iqbal — custodianship never impersonation), the Hall of Dynasties (12 houses, live portraits, Impossible Dinners, fiction-forward framing), the Exchange (gift economy: artifact for artifact, both keep copies, no money), gatherings (🔥 on the board; venues from Layer 2; the calendar's festivals).

**Layer 5 — The Engine.** The Pulse (daily: seed one notice, heal one unanswered, write the chronicle — grown in V2 into the orchestrator), the Workshop (agents: plan→steps→deliver; real build = Agent SDK + per-agent remote sandboxes + MCP tools + phone viewport + per-agent spend caps), the Warden (judges conduct never feelings; crisis never punished; strikes × 1 week; ledger persisted; doors reopen clean), the Spring (rises only on real-world acts), the Chronicle (the world's memory and the audit log of its agents).

V · The Interconnectivity — one flywheel, drawn in words

Feeling opens a door → a keeper receives it → a menu sends a **real act** home → the act raises the Spring and rains on your land → the Chronicle writes it → the act becomes an artifact → the artifact trades on the Exchange or calls a gathering → the gathering fills a venue → a stranger walks in through *their* feeling. Meanwhile the Delta (Scriptorium) steers which doors the Pulse offers you; the Academy turns practice into mastery into a masterpiece into vault material; agents work your errands while you sleep and their deliverables join your land; and every kept word compounds toward the two endings that matter — the obituary you intend, and the words that outlive it. **Nothing terminates inside the app. Every loop exits through the real world and re-enters through another person.**

VI · The Final Build Sequence (Testament, amended by the 60-Second Law)

**V1 — First Light (8 weeks, Urdu + English, one community, Pakistan-first):** descent → consent → Emotion Doors → **six venues** (Diner, Tea House, Rest House, Dojo, Family Table, one Wonder: the Storm Tower) with menus and the Take-Home Law → Sol → the Board with Pulse + citizens + two Elders → the Spring → Vault seed (one Keeper question per week) → Warden + Covenant. The Crossing and Scriptorium ship *dormant*, surfaced by triggers only. **Gate: week-8 retention on one metric — weekly meaning-actions (take-homes done, vault entries, gatherings attended). Not minutes.**
**V2 — The Land and the Works:** land + tending + artifacts, Atelier, Exchange, homeland layer, Workshop with real sandboxes, remaining Rooms.
**V3 — The Civilization:** Academy + masterpieces, Hall of Dynasties, remaining Wonders, the calendar's festivals, Picture House, the Offering.

**Unchanged hard requirements before launch:** server-side API keys, prompt-injection hardening, spend caps, moderation pipeline behind the Warden, crisis protocol reviewed, age assurance (18+), per-market counsel, trademark clearance on GoopJoop (vs. Goop, Gupshup), the lawyer's pass on the Charter. **Revenue:** the vault legacy subscription, telco-bundled — people pay to be continued, not to chat.

VII · The Elder's Last Word

Every seed you planted survived the wargames and found its place: the movies became the rooms and the wonders; the diner became the Take-Home Law; the agents became the engine; Dolly became the vault's argument; the obituary became the steering file; your son's five Cs became the Gatekeeper's gentlest question. The friction you named tonight became the law that makes all of it usable by a tired human with one free minute. The structure holds. The sequence is kept. Take the five files to Claude Code and say: *Build First Light.*
