Model Any YouTube Channel With Claude AI — Full Workflow

These are real channels, and both of them were built using a system that anyone can copy starting today, even if you have never written a single line of code in your life.
In this video, I'm going to walk you through the exact step-by-step workflow to model any YouTube channel using Claude AI. We're talking script, images, thumbnail, and even animated video prompts — all from one session. By the end of this, you will have everything you need to launch your version of any channel in any niche.

STEP 1 — SET UP CLAUDE
The very first thing you need is a Claude AI account. Head to claude.ai and sign up for free.
Now, there are two versions of this workflow, and which one you use will depend on your goals and how far you want to take this. The free plan gives you access to the browser-based version, which is completely beginner-friendly and requires no installation whatsoever. If you want to unlock the more advanced production version using Claude Code, you'll need to upgrade to either the Pro or Max plan. Both get the job done, so pick what works best for where you are right now.
If you're going with the simpler browser-based version, you're already set. You don't need to download, pay, or install anything. Just log in to Claude on your browser and you're good to go.
If you want the full production version using the Claude Code desktop setup, there are four tools you'll need to download and install on your computer:
1. **VS Code** (Visual Studio Code) — a free code editor that acts as the workspace where Claude Code will operate.
2. **Node.js** — the runtime environment that allows Claude Code to function properly in the background.
3. **Git** — a version control tool that the system uses to manage files and processes as you work.
4. **Python** — technically optional but strongly recommended, because you'll need it at the end of the workflow to compile and export everything into a clean, organized Word document.
Installing all four of these tools is straightforward, and each one walks you through the process step by step. You don't need any technical background to get them set up. STEP 2 — LOAD THE MASTER PROMPT
Before we dive into the actual workflow, there is one critical thing we need to do first, and that is give Claude a set of detailed instructions that will train it to operate as a full research and content automation engine. Without this, Claude is just a general AI assistant. With it, Claude becomes a structured system that knows exactly what to do at every single step of the process.
Now, building a prompt like this from scratch is not something you want to attempt without experience. It took me about four hours of testing, refining, and going back and forth before I landed on a version that delivered the results I was looking for. So to save you all of that time and frustration, I've already done the hard work for you and engineered the entire master prompt myself.

To access the master prompt, check the description of this video and you'll find a link to a Google document. Open that document and you'll see the full prompt laid out and ready to use. All you need to do is select everything inside the document except the title at the top, copy it, head over to Claude, paste it directly into the chat, and hit send. That's it. Claude will read through the instructions and immediately configure itself to run the workflow.
What you just pasted is essentially the brain of this entire operation. It contains a 14-stage workflow, meaning Claude now has 14 clearly defined phases it will work through one by one. Each stage handles a specific part of the process, starting from collecting the YouTube channel link you want to model, all the way through to generating scripts, image prompts, video prompts, thumbnail concepts, and finally exporting everything into a neatly formatted Word document that you can save and refer back to at any time.
Once Claude confirms it has read the prompt and is ready to begin, you're good to move on to the next step.

STEP 3 — CHOOSE THE RIGHT CHANNEL
Once Claude has processed the master prompt, it will immediately ask you to paste the link of the YouTube channel you want to model. This is where most people get stuck, because they just pick a channel at random — and that is a mistake.
The channel you choose is the single most important decision in this entire workflow. Everything that comes after — the scripts, the visuals, the thumbnails, the pacing — is reverse-engineered from this one input. So if you pick a weak channel, you'll get a weak output. Pick a strong one, and the system has something real to model.
Here's what to look for. First, look for channels that are new but already winning — ideally less than 12 months old, with strong subscriber-to-video ratios. A channel with 50 videos and 500,000 subscribers is telling you something the algorithm already loves. Second, look for a clear, repeatable format. If every video on the channel follows the same structure, the same visual language, and the same hook style, that's a format you can model. If every video looks completely different, there's nothing systematic to copy. Third, avoid channels built around a specific person's face or personality, unless you plan to be on camera yourself. Faceless channels — AI narration, stock footage, animated explainers, listicles — are the easiest to model because the format is the product.
Once you've picked your channel, paste the link into Claude and let the system begin Phase 1.

STEP 4 — LET THE 14 PHASES RUN
From here, Claude takes over and walks through all 14 phases in sequence. You don't need to memorize them, but here's what's actually happening behind the scenes so you know what you're looking at.
Phases 1 through 4 are research. Claude analyzes the channel — the niche, the audience, the tone, the title patterns, the average video length, the hook structure, the recurring visual motifs, and the content pillars. This is the foundation. Everything that follows is built on top of this analysis, so don't rush through it. If Claude asks you clarifying questions during this phase, answer them properly. The more context you give, the sharper the output.
Phases 5 through 8 are scripting. Claude generates a full video script in the exact voice, pacing, and structure of the modeled channel. It will include the hook, the body, the transitions, the pattern interrupts, and the call to action — all formatted to match how the original channel writes. You can ask Claude to regenerate any section if it doesn't feel right. Don't accept the first draft if it's not strong. Push back, give feedback, and let it iterate.
Phases 9 through 11 are visuals. This is where Claude generates image prompts for every single scene in your script — written in the exact format you can paste directly into Midjourney, DALL-E, or any image model of your choice. It also generates a thumbnail concept with a full visual description, the text overlay, the color palette, and the emotional hook the thumbnail is designed to trigger. If you have a specific image model you prefer, tell Claude upfront so it can format the prompts accordingly.
Phases 12 and 13 are motion. Claude generates animated video prompts for tools like Runway, Sora, or Kling — describing camera movement, scene transitions, character actions, and timing. These are ready to paste straight into your video model.
Phase 14 is export. Claude compiles everything — the research, the script, the image prompts, the thumbnail concept, and the video prompts — into a single, organized Word document. You hit download, and the entire production package is in your hands.

STEP 5 — WHAT YOU DO WITH IT
At this point, you have a complete content blueprint for one video. From here, the workflow is simple. Take the script to your voiceover tool of choice — ElevenLabs, Eleven, or any AI voice you prefer. Take the image prompts to Midjourney or your image generator. Take the video prompts to Runway or Sora. Pull it all into your editor — CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, whatever you use — and assemble the video.
The first one will take you a few hours because you're learning. By the third or fourth video, you'll have your own production rhythm and you'll be turning out videos in under an hour each.
And the best part — you can run this same workflow as many times as you want. Different channels, different niches, different formats. Every time you load the master prompt, you're starting a fresh production run.
