The knowledge to educate every child on earth already exists — but 100 million children in Pakistan alone can't access it, because no teacher pipeline on earth can reach them. The most important divide of this century is not rich versus poor.

Think about what already exists in the world:

Here's a sentence every board in the Gulf should sit with:
Compliance is no longer paperwork. It is market access.
CBAM means your exports to Europe carry a carbon price whether you've measured your emissions or not — and unmeasured means *default values*, usually worse than your reality. UAE Decree-Law 11/2024 sets the domestic clock ticking on the same discipline.
Read those two together and the picture is clear: a new kind of border is being drawn around the world's richest markets, and the passport is data.
Most organizations are responding with reports. PDFs. Committees.

Every conversation about this number treats it as a burden. I've come to see it as the largest locked door on earth — with everything the children need already sitting on the other side.
The knowledge exists. The curricula exist. The pedagogy exists.
What doesn't exist — what *cannot* exist — is the teacher supply. You cannot train your way to 100 million students. The math has never worked and never will.
