2. The two findings that shape everything below
**Finding 1 — The archive's centre of gravity is AI, not ESG.** ESG is the smallest of the three streams at 27%. This is good news for `/ai-literacy`, which now has 51 documents of real substance to draw on rather than a placeholder file. But it means the ESG pillar is being launched from the thinnest part of the corpus.
**Finding 2 — There is no S and no G.** Every one of the 27 "ESG" documents is environmental. Nothing addresses labour, human rights, supply chain due diligence, inclusion, or community impact. Nothing addresses disclosure frameworks, board accountability, anti-corruption, assurance, or ratings. A Dubai corporate buyer purchasing "ESG training" in 2026 is overwhelmingly buying reporting and compliance capability — which is governance. The pillar as sourced cannot serve that buyer. §5 builds it.
**The asset worth systematising.** Solar exists as a children's picture story, a kids' explainer, a Gen Z guide, a professional masterclass, and an executive whitepaper — the same subject rendered in four voices. That ladder is the single most valuable structural idea in the archive, and it is the organising principle for the entire pillar. It is currently complete for exactly two topics out of fifteen.

3. The tier ladder (naming locked)

"Navigator" is deliberately avoided as a tier name — it belongs to New World Navigator and collisions would confuse the catalogue.
Tiers 1–2 are school curriculum. Tiers 3–4 are revenue. They are different products with different economics and should never be sold from the same page.

4. Pillar 5 — ESG Literacy (`/esg-literacy`)
Fifteen domains. Seven exist in the archive, eight are built from scratch. Every domain runs the full four-tier ladder: **15 × 4 = 60 courses.**
4.1 Energy & Solar Transition — *complete ladder* ✅
The Solar Imperative is the strongest single document in the archive: global statistics, seven country profiles (China, Saudi/MENA, Australia, Netherlands, Spain, Chile, Pacific Islands), and a full BIPV architecture section. It anchors the pillar.
4.2 Carbon, Climate & Compliance — *Practitioner only* ⚠️
**This is the commercial crown jewel and should be built first.** The three 6-hour masterclasses are the only genuinely productised assets in the entire archive — hour-by-hour schedules, implementation checklists split by audience, a CBAM cost calculator template, emission-factor tables, and jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction pricing comparisons. Nothing else in the corpus is this close to sellable.
The missing Boardroom tier is the highest-value gap in the whole project. A CFO facing CBAM does not want a six-hour course; they want a ninety-minute exposure assessment. That is a $3,000–$8,000 product sitting one rewrite away.
4.3 Biomimicry & Bio-Inspired Design — *strongest cluster, no Boardroom* ⚠️
Nine documents, 15,450 words — the deepest ESG cluster. The Gulf edition is already regionalised for your market. The Conversion Manual pair is the most technically useful: it translates biological mechanisms into engineering specifications for architects, engineers, farmers and planners.
This is also the pillar's differentiator. Nobody else in the Gulf education market is teaching biomimicry at four tiers.
4.4 Water & Resource Stewardship — *gaps at Frontier and Boardroom* ⚠️
Covers atmospheric water generation, fog harvesting, water pricing psychology, AI leak monitoring, Cape Town Day Zero, and Dutch smart-roof systems. Directly relevant to a Gulf audience with acute water scarcity — under-exploited given the market.
4.5 Sustainable Cities & Built Environment — *Practitioner only* ⚠️
Deep on Freiburg and Vauban, with a phased adoption roadmap other cities can follow. That roadmap structure converts cleanly into a Boardroom municipal-advisory product.
4.6 Ecosystems & Planetary Boundaries — *no youth tiers* ⚠️
Earth Future covers the nine planetary boundaries and the six now breached — the correct scientific spine for the entire pillar and arguably the document that should open `/esg-literacy`. The Symbiosis is unusually good: it bridges AI datacenters, the Amazon, and the abundance thesis into one argument.
4.7 Digital Infrastructure & Environmental Load — *complete ladder* ✅
Thin (4,598 words across four tiers) but structurally complete and already UAE-localised. **Strategically this is the most distinctive thing in the archive.** Almost no ESG curriculum anywhere teaches the energy and water footprint of AI compute — and you are the only provider who can teach it credibly from *both* sides, because AI literacy is your other pillar. This is the bridge that makes NewWorld's ESG offering non-substitutable. It deserves expansion well beyond its current word count.

5. Building S and G from scratch
Eight new domains, 32 new courses, zero source material. This is the largest single body of new writing in the project.
Social
**S3 is your unfair advantage.** You already run seven SEN condition profiles, Cambridge Access Arrangements, and four accessibility pages. Nobody selling ESG training in Dubai can teach accessibility and inclusive design from lived operational practice. Build S3 first within Social.
**S1 is the highest-risk domain to write.** Migrant labour standards in the Gulf are politically sensitive. Teach the frameworks, the disclosure requirements, and the compliance mechanics; do not editorialise. Same discipline you already apply to Cambridge content — accuracy over opinion.
Governance
**G1 is the second thing to build after Carbon.** Reporting capability is what corporate ESG budgets actually pay for. It also connects directly to the carbon masterclasses you already own — Scope 1/2/3 accounting is the shared substrate. Carbon + G1 together form a coherent, immediately sellable "Corporate Compliance Track."

The pillar is 28% sourced. That is honest and workable, but it means `/esg-literacy` should launch on a defensible subset rather than an empty fifteen-domain grid.

7. Pillar 2 — AI Literacy (`/ai-literacy`)
51 documents, 112,927 words. This replaces the placeholder in `data/ai-literacy-courses.js`. Eleven clusters:

Plus two curriculum spreadsheets (`ai_masterclass_youth_curriculum` — 65 courses across four age bands; `ai_masterclass_curriculum_plan` — 75 courses across four skill levels). **These are catalogues, not content.** They describe roughly 140 courses that do not exist. Treat them as a validated roadmap, not deliverables — and do not publish them as a course list, because the overwhelming majority have no material behind them.
**⚠️ Vendor exposure.** Four documents (`gcp-masterclass`, `google-cloud-for-kids`, `google-cloud-genz`, `google-cloud-2050-whitepaper`) are built around a named third-party vendor. Under NewWorld branding these must read as independent educational commentary and must not imply partnership, endorsement, or authorised training status. Recommend genericising to "cloud infrastructure" with the vendor as one worked example among several.

9. Delivery architecture — readable spine + drill layer
Every course, in every pillar, at every tier, is one object with three layers:
**Layer 1 — Spine.** Rewritten source prose, chaptered. What the learner reads. Renders as a hub page.
**Layer 2 — Drills.** Server-graded items generated per chapter, feeding the existing mastery engine. Correct answers never reach the browser — same discipline as the Cambridge bank.
**Layer 3 — Nano goals.** Each chapter emits goals into the existing Nano structure, adding ESG and AI Literacy as new subject domains alongside the current 30.
**Mastery ladder, renamed for non-exam content:**

Level 4 becomes **Field Ready** rather than Exam Ready. "Exam Ready" is meaningless to a compliance officer learning CBAM and would read as a copy-paste artefact from the Cambridge product.
**Tier-specific completion:**
- Explorer / Frontier → drills, badges, streaks (subscription retention mechanics)
- Practitioner → checklists, calculators, downloadable templates (the CBAM masterclass already contains all three)
- Boardroom → facilitated capstone, client's own leadership as jury — matching the Navigator model, no examination
Spaced repetition (SM-2) applies to tiers 1–3. It does not apply to Boardroom; executives do not do spaced repetition.

Phases 1–3 alone produce a launchable `/esg-literacy` with two complete four-tier ladders and a sellable corporate track. That is the realistic public launch, not the full sixty.

11. Flags before any of this ships
**Voice and safeguarding.** The Gen Z solar guide contains the phrase *"without wanting to unalive themselves."* Other Gen Z documents use comparable internet-native register. On a platform serving minors, partnered with schools including a SEN centre and a deaf-education network, and pursuing KHDA approval, this must be edited out. **Every tier-2 document requires a safeguarding read before publication.** This is the most urgent item on this list.
**Data currency.** All content is January 2026 vintage citing 2025–26 figures; it is now seven months stale. These documents carry hard numbers requiring re-verification against primary sources before publication:
- The Solar Imperative — IEA / IRENA / Ember install and cost data
- CBAM Masterclass — rates, default values, definitive-regime timeline *(highest risk: this regime is live and actively changing)*
- Carbon Pricing Masterclass — the $103bn revenue figure and all jurisdiction price points
- Earth Future — planetary boundary assessment
- The 1.5°C Challenge — remaining carbon budget
- AI Datacenters Whitepaper — the $5.2tn investment projection
- UAE AI Ecosystem Report 2025 — superseded by definition
**Brand.** All 107 documents are badged `2050planet.com` / Planet 2050 and must be re-badged. One observation worth a decision rather than an assumption: "2050" aligns precisely with UAE Net Zero 2050 and Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050. Retiring it is defensible; retaining "Planet 2050" as the ESG content-series name inside NewWorld Education may be worth more in this specific market than a clean sweep.
**Consolidation.** Six near-identical FinTech masterclass variants and three Metaverse Complete Course versions need editorial reconciliation, not just deduplication — the variants differ in content, not only in filename.
