AI Platforms — twenty-plus built, each one a thesis shipped early

A platform is not a chatbot with a logo. It has its own knowledge, its own users, its own economics, and it improves without me touching it every morning. These are mine, all live, all built independently.

The live platforms

What makes it a platform

Four tests. Own knowledge — the system knows something the base model does not, and that knowledge is maintained. Own users — students, readers, subscribers who come back without a salesperson. Own economics — cost per answer, per lesson, per brief is known and falling. Self-improvement — verification, feedback and scheduled jobs make it better while the founder sleeps. newworld.education passes all four; that is why I call it a school and not a demo.

Building yours

I build AI platforms for organisations that want to own the asset rather than rent a feature: schools, advisory firms, trading and research desks, education and climate programmes. Engagements start with the free diagnostic and the Convergence Audit; the Transformation Mission delivers the platform with your team trained to run it.

Questions people ask

Are these platforms really live?

Yes — every domain listed above resolves to a working product. Open one and check. The counters on the Brain page update from the live systems.

How long does a platform take to build?

A first version that real users can touch: six to twelve weeks. The autonomous school took longer because verification at scale is slow to get right — and that is the part that matters.

Who owns the platform after the engagement?

You do. Code, data, prompts, documentation and the training of the team that runs it.
